Duncan Haggart, CCIM As the Founder and President of Key Commercial, Duncan Haggart has nearly twenty years of management and marketing experience. A second-generation broker-developer, Duncan’s focus is on retail brokerage and build-to-suit development for national retailers such as Pizza Hut and Quiznos Subs. In 1998, Duncan returned to North Carolina to work in a commercial brokerage firm in Asheville after an eleven-year career on Capitol Hill. In Washington, he served in several positions, most notably as Chief of Staff to a member of the U.S. House of Representatives. Prior to that, Duncan had experience with developer Trammell Crow Company. A 1987 graduate of Duke University with a degree in Economics, Duncan also holds the graduate-level CCIM designation attained by only 6% of commercial real estate practitioners. Duncan and his wife Catherine met shortly after college and live in south Asheville with their children Lily, Henry and Daniel.

Jeff Kenrick, GRI Since 2007, Jeff has brought experience as a seasoned broker and real estate investor to the firm. He has been a licensed real estate agent since 1999, including managing a real estate firm in Florida. He has also owned and developed real property since 1988. Prior to his career in real estate, he owned and operated two successful restaurants with his brother and was an engineer for Schlumberger working the international circuit in locations from Europe to Asia. Jeff attended Ithaca College in New York on a wrestling scholarship graduating in 1980 with a B.S. degree in Recreation Management. He has completed the four required Certified Commercial Investment Member courses. Jeff and his wife Ilona have had a home in North Carolina mountains since 1998.

Wilson Bunn Joining Key Commercial in 2010, Wilson brings a surplus of international and cross cultural leadership and entrepreneurial experience to the team. He is full of passion and offers years of developmental and networking experience.Prior to joining Key Commercial, Wilson started and managed several nonprofit and social enterprises. After graduating from Appalachian State University with a degree in Communication, Wilson spent two years leading teams internationally to Central America, Southeast Asia, and South Africa. Wilson and his wife Paru met in India, and currently reside in Asheville.
